This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee comprehensive client implementations, encompassing discovery, data migration, system configuration, and go-live assistance.
• Create and implement transition strategies that guarantee a seamless transfer from legacy systems or previous vendors.
• Act as the main communication link for clients throughout the implementation process, offering regular updates and proactively addressing risks or delays.
• Collaborate internally with technical, operations, and data teams to fulfill client timelines and requirements.
• Serve as the primary contact for client relationships after implementation, addressing day-to-day needs and engaging in strategic discussions.
• Establish trusted, long-lasting partnerships with key client stakeholders across all levels.
• Conduct periodic check-ins and business reviews to evaluate performance, convey value, and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Supervise the accuracy and promptness of utility bill processing for designated client accounts.
• Detect and escalate billing inconsistencies, utility rate modifications, or data quality concerns.
• Assist clients in understanding utility data, usage trends, and cost variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with client-specific requirements and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Studies, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in utility bill management, energy services, or a comparable field.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles with a focus on relationship management and communication.
• Knowledge of utility billing processes, rate structures, and data formats (EDI, interval data, etc.).
• Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities concurrently.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; confident in presenting to and engaging with client stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfortable operating in data-intensive environments.
