This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Evaluate and analyze warehouse management as well as supply chain business processes.

• Collect, document, and verify both business and functional requirements.

• Configure and tailor Blue Yonder WMS solutions to meet specific business demands.

• Facilitate workshops, system demonstrations, and meetings with stakeholders.

• Engage in testing phases (SIT, UAT) and assist with defect resolution.

• Support preparations for go-live phases and provide hypercare assistance.

• Work in close collaboration with technical teams, developers, and business users.

• Offer guidance on best practices and potential process enhancements.

• Ensure that business requirements are aligned with system capabilities.

• Practical experience with Blue Yonder WMS (previously known as JDA WMS).

• Comprehensive understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain methodologies.

• Proven experience in system configuration and implementation initiatives.

• Strong analytical skills paired with effective problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in stakeholder management.

• Experience engaging directly with clients or business users.

• Proficient in English at a C1 level.

• Preferred: Familiarity with AI tools utilized in daily workflows.

• Experience with solutions for warehouse automation.

• Knowledge regarding integrations between WMS and ERP systems.

• Experience in Agile project environments.

• Exposure to large-scale transformation or rollout initiatives.
