This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead business requirements discovery sessions independently for the implementation of highly complex, multi-phase workstreams with extensive scope.
• Collaborate with the Solution Architect on the design process and technical direction for intricate configurations.
• Carry out product configurations of significant complexity, tailored to customer requirements and validated solution architecture.
• Serve as the primary escalation point and manage the troubleshooting and resolution of intricate configuration challenges for the project team.
• Utilize advanced mathematical models, optimization strategies, and artificial intelligence algorithms in complex supply chain planning scenarios to enhance customer supply chain performance and meet business goals.
• Conduct validation and testing of the solution, gather user feedback, and formulate recommendations for escalations, obstacles, and documentation.
• Independently facilitate complex deployment workshops aimed at training and guiding customers on the configured solution and how to derive immediate value from their investment.
• Offer technical guidance and recommendations to Associate, Entry, and Intermediate Solution Consultants during project milestones and critical deployment escalations.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of extensive experience in software implementation or deployment within the supply chain planning or execution sectors, or relevant business experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, or manufacturing.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a functional leadership role for system configuration or deployments.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in business process design specifically for supply chain software implementations.
• Strong passion for customer-facing roles, demonstrating excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, capable of synthesizing substantial complex information to identify the best course of action.
• A proactive self-starter who takes initiative in their work and learning, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities within a team, complemented by a successful track record with clients and executive sponsors.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment with diverse team members.
• Proficiency in articulating complex ideas clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Advanced knowledge and practical application of supply chain best practices and principles related to forecasting, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), Constraint Management, and Production Scheduling.
• Capability to lead complex business requirements gathering sessions with customers and system end users.
• Experience with supply chain processes and manufacturing planning solutions such as RapidResponse/Maestro, SAP, Oracle, or Blue Yonder applications to facilitate supply chain activities.
• Proficient in SQL, R, and/or JavaScript.
• Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time on average, with occasional 100% travel, and ability to work effectively while remotely located from client sites.
