This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Act as the technical lead for ENGIN implementations, expansions, and intricate configuration projects.
• Convert client asset, reliability, cost, and planning obstacles into ENGIN data models, workflows, and analytics setups.
• Create scalable solutions that harmonize client-specific requirements with product standards and long-term sustainability.
• Serve as a trusted technical consultant to clients regarding asset analytics, planning methodologies, and ENGIN best practices.
• Oversee daily delivery tasks for assigned client projects, which include: Requirements discovery and validation, Data ingestion, transformation, and validation, Configuration of ENGIN modules and workflows, User training and enablement.
• Collaborate with client technical teams to ensure successful implementation in real-world operational settings.
• Verify that implementations align with the agreed scope, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
• Engage directly with client practitioners, analysts, and subject-matter experts.
• Recognize discrepancies between current workflows and the desired future-state analytics.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and collaborative sessions that empower clients to effectively utilize ENGIN.
• Provide comprehensive technical insights during client discussions, escalations, and roadmap dialogues.
• Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and DevOps teams to refine requirements, clarify implementation necessities, and assist in releases.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Applied Science, Data Analytics, Operations Research, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Over 5 years of experience in electric or gas utilities, infrastructure analytics, or enterprise asset management environments.
• Practical experience with asset data (health, reliability, risk, cost, performance).
• Familiarity with implementing or working with enterprise platforms such as EAM, GIS, analytics, or planning tools.
• Strong analytical abilities with comfort in managing large, complex datasets.
• Capability to transform vague client issues into structured, actionable solutions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including professional proficiency in an additional language (Spanish, French, and/or German).
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, dynamic environment.
• Strong sense of ownership with a focus on action and results.
• Experience in working within Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
