Consultant – Feasibility Studies, Technical Due Diligence – Solar, Wind, BESS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Conduct feasibility studies and technical due diligence for renewable energy projects.

• Assess project sites, identifying technical, environmental, and permitting constraints.

• Review permits, licenses, authorizations, and regulatory documentation.

• Evaluate grid connection agreements and coordinate technical discussions with TSOs and DSOs.

• Review engineering documentation during conceptual, basic, and detailed design phases.

• Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation measures.

• Prepare high-quality technical reports and deliverables for clients in English.

• Support business proposals, tenders, and client presentations.

• Contribute to business development activities in the Polish and Eastern European markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or another STEM discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in renewable energy development, engineering, or consultancy.

• Experience with Solar PV, Wind, and/or BESS projects.

• Strong understanding of the renewable energy market in Poland, permitting processes, grid connection, and applicable regulations.

• Experience in preparing feasibility studies or technical due diligence.

• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and client management abilities.

• Proficiency in Polish and good command of English. Spanish is considered a plus.
