• Oversee and facilitate the end-to-end implementation and configuration of WMS projects.
• Evaluate business, functional, and integration requirements to create effective WMS solutions.
• Configure essential WMS modules including Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Returns, Picking, and Shipping.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and clients to develop custom logic utilizing client configuration and extensibility tools.
• Assist in API testing (e.g., Postman) and manage integrations with ERP, OMS, TMS, and MHE/automation systems.
• Write, review, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures within relational databases such as Oracle and MySQL.
• Conduct root-cause analysis, debugging, and performance tuning for queries, stored procedures, indexing, and execution plans.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders during the SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live stages.
• Diagnose production issues and resolve both functional and technical challenges within established SLAs.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies and contribute to initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.
• Produce high-quality documentation, including technical designs, test plans, runbooks, and configuration records.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience with WMS implementations or supply chain execution systems.
• A strong techno-functional background in any WMS platform.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse workflows such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Advanced SQL skills, including the design and optimization of stored procedures, complex queries, indexing, and performance tuning on relational databases like Oracle and MySQL.
• Familiarity with API testing tools and system integrations (ERP/OMS/TMS/MHE).
• Proven troubleshooting and debugging capabilities across application, integration, and data layers.
• Exceptional interpersonal, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
