• Develop and support the Saudi Technic JPC team to fulfill current and future business requirements.
• Provide oversight and support for ST MRO Planning, Materials, Customer Support, and Repair processes.
• Collaborate as part of a cross-functional GE Team dedicated to achieving sustainable TAT and efficiency enhancements within ST MRO.
• Assist in crafting and executing a ST Repair Strategy and growth plan aligned with machine capabilities and available repair licenses.
• Support the ST team in the creation and implementation of a shop transition plan.
• Generate and utilize data-driven metrics to monitor performance and advocate for continuous improvement for the customer across various workstreams.
• Maintain GE business metrics and provide regular updates to the MRO Program Leadership team, project core team, and senior steering committee.
• Establish a standardized communication process and metrics package.
• Aid in the development, reporting, and analysis of first-time yield in the repair processes.
• Actively promote and support the application of Lean Six Sigma and change management tools and techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge and experience in an MRO environment.
• Knowledge of MRO processes.
• Exceptional interpersonal, coaching, and leadership abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Background in project management.
