• Search for and verify travel bookings for the customer.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of client travel policies and consistently offer guidance to customers.
• Address all requests related to essential regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).
• Supply clients with necessary industry insights, including low fares, exchange fees, and penalties.
• Identify opportunities to assess operational procedures and commercial partnerships with clients to propose enhancements.
• Keep informed, communicate actively, and seek to broaden knowledge of the various supported travel industries.
• Previous experience as a travel agent is required.
• Proficiency in GDS Sabre is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong foundational knowledge of the travel industry, including its policies, procedures, and processes.
