• Assist in the formulation and implementation of benefits strategies for designated clients, encompassing plan design, benchmarking, and cost evaluations.
• Work collaboratively with Producers and internal teams to provide exceptional service and strategic consulting throughout the client engagement process.
• Engage in carrier negotiations and renewal processes, collaborating with carriers and internal teams to present competitive and comprehensive benefits options.
• Help clients navigate and comply with regulatory obligations (e.g., ACA, HIPAA, ERISA).
• Aid in the development of client presentations, rate analysis tools, and materials for open enrollment.
• Participate in employee education sessions and webinars, effectively communicating benefits programs.
• Remain updated on industry trends, new products, legislative changes, and evolving market practices.
• At least two years of experience in employee benefits, carrier account management, or HR benefits administration.
• Solid understanding of group health, life, disability, and ancillary insurance products.
• Familiarity with fully insured and level-funded account types.
• Knowledge of ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, and other pertinent compliance regulations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic, collaborative setting.
