This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Approvals Department to onboard and authorize new partners.

• Evaluate partner application packets in Comergence for thoroughness and adherence to standards.

• Input and manage partner application information within internal systems.

• Prepare annual partner renewal submissions for committee review.

• Execute partner setup, user account maintenance, service contract management, and system updates.

• Maintain updated partner distribution lists.

• Support partners with document collection, application prerequisites, system access, and troubleshooting.

• Uphold and enhance internal systems while ensuring data accuracy.

• Keep tracking reports, logs, and performance metrics up to date.

• Assist with loan registration in the LOS system and evaluate new loan submission documents.

• Support the Wholesale Sales Team in managing partner relationships and enhancing partner experiences.

• Create, oversee, and disseminate partner communications in collaboration with Marketing.

• Revise partner-facing forms, guides, and marketing materials as necessary.

• Manage updates to Partner Portal content.

• Provide assistance with special projects and operational initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sales or the mortgage industry is preferred.

• Strong skills in organization, time management, and prioritization.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Dedication to providing outstanding customer service.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with CRM systems, loan origination platforms, and mortgage-related technologies.

• Capability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Proven attention to detail and commitment to precision.
