• Aids in enhancing new partner approvals for the designated Wholesale Account Executive
• Supports the maintenance of existing relationships with approved partners
• Increases the number of brokers successfully closing loans
• Provides education on Reverse Mortgages to new partners
• Collaborates directly with Underwriting on potential new borrower scenarios
• Assists in onboarding new partners to the company’s LOS systems
• Aids in structuring new loans in partnership with associates
• Educates and assists partners in calculating Broker Compensation and Origination Fees
• Performs additional duties as assigned
• At least 2 years of sales or operations experience in the reverse mortgage sector
• Highly organized and experienced in supporting a sales team
• Capable of managing multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated, able to work independently
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adept at handling complex customer inquiries
• Capable of managing a minimum of 70 emails and/or phone messages daily
• Excellent time management abilities
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Reversevision Software is preferred
