This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Meet field sales goals by providing service and training to existing Cardiology and Vascular clients.
• Identify and acquire new customers.
• Implement sales strategies for designated product lines.
• Provide accurate business forecasts.
• Develop and execute detailed strategic and tactical sales plans.
• Keep customers informed about the latest technological advancements.
• Support stakeholders in creating customer presentations.
• Maintain and refresh CRM records.
• Monitor industry trends and gather customer feedback.
• Lead the execution of continuous improvement strategies.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and Philips policies.
• Mentor and develop team members to meet organizational objectives.
• Experience in medical equipment sales or a strong sales background in a related equipment role.
• Technical knowledge of products such as cardiology and/or ultrasound products is a plus.
• Relevant Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing multiple customer accounts.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical, training, and motivational abilities.
• Capacity to maintain confidentiality and exercise independent judgment in line with departmental guidelines.
• A Standard DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) criminal record check will be necessary for this position.
