This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage extensively with our clients to understand their requirements and assist them in setting up their 401(k) plans.
• Inform, educate, and guide our newly onboarded clients about the options available for their employees' retirement savings.
• Achieve monthly activation goals by actively managing client pipelines, adhering to timelines, addressing objections to keep clients engaged, and ensuring compliance with processes and communication protocols.
• Proactively follow onboarding workflows to enhance efficiency, eliminate obstacles, and promote operational excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and leadership to address customer escalations and continually enhance the sales activation journey.
• Work collaboratively within our organization (specifically alongside sales and account management) to ensure customer needs are fulfilled.
• Propel processes forward, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain customer engagement, satisfaction, and progress.
• Recognize potential areas for process enhancement to support team scalability.
• Have knowledge and expertise in retirement plan design, especially in 401(k) plans.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer implementation or sales within a SaaS environment or the retirement sector.
• A personable individual who genuinely enjoys client interactions and can clearly explain complex concepts.
• Enthusiasm and energy – the idea of onboarding 40-50+ clients monthly excites you; speed is crucial!
• A strong work ethic, with a proactive approach to following up with clients and keeping them on track.
• Exceptional organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks with diverse deadlines and stakeholders without oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
