This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Oversee and enhance the performance of a Sales team consisting of roughly 8 members
• Tasked with fostering a culture of high performance in sales
• Monitor sales activities, manage sales projects, and develop as well as analyze key metrics
• Guide, nurture, and mentor representatives towards achieving success throughout the sales cycle
• Proficient in Swedish
• Experience in sales leadership within a SaaS or Security organization
• Previous experience in Enterprise IT sales within a SaaS or Security company
• Familiarity with channel and partner sales strategies
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies
• Strong skills in Sales Execution and proficiency with Salesforce CRM
• Willingness to travel 25% quarterly within the region
