This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify and secure key drone OEM accounts within the European market.
• Manage strategic accounts throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from initial engagement to production scale.
• Direct account strategy, develop executive relationships, and handle commercial negotiations.
• Propel complex opportunities from initial engagement through integration, qualification, and production deployment.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering to assist in technical evaluations and system design-ins.
• Develop and sustain a high-quality, predictable sales pipeline.
• Serve as the commercial lead for intricate, multi-stakeholder deals involving engineering, procurement, and executive leadership.
• 5–10 years of B2B hardware sales experience in the drone or unmanned systems sector.
• Demonstrated sales hunter with a history of successfully closing complex OEM deals.
• Experience in selling directly to drone manufacturers or robotics OEMs.
• Capability to lead intricate technical sales cycles from initial contact to commercial closure.
• Proficient in managing strategic accounts and multi-stakeholder purchasing processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Educational background in technical or engineering-related fields.
• Valid right to work within the EU or UK.
