This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver administrative and operational assistance to the sales team and leadership.
• Maintain and refresh CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to guarantee data precision and reliability.
• Process sales orders, contracts, renewals, and modifications following company policies.
• Aid in sales reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Organize sales onboarding materials, documentation, and internal resources.
• Support forecasting, pipeline tracking, and account or territory assignments.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams regarding pricing, contracts, and billing procedures.
• Oversee sales documentation, templates, and internal knowledge repositories.
• Address internal inquiries related to sales processes and tools.
• Discover opportunities to enhance sales workflows and operational efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales operations, sales administration, or a comparable role.
• Expertise in Salesforce CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to manage various priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
