This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Development of new business relationships with spas, salons, and hotel spas.
• Strengthening relationships with existing partners and expanding sales.
• Conducting negotiations, business discussions, and providing support for new contracts.
• Delivering high-quality brand experiences in collaboration with internal departments.
• Executing sales strategies based on market needs.
• Experience in B2B sales and new business development within the luxury goods, premium consumer products, or cosmetics industry.
• Ability to build trust with clients and drive sales growth.
• Possession of strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Capacity to think independently and proactively manage tasks.
• Willingness to work in an international environment.
• Experience in sales within spa, salon, or hotel spa channels and proficiency in English communication are preferred.
