This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of Wholesale Account Executives dedicated to broker acquisition, onboarding, and production enhancement.
• Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with broker accounts and prominent Loan Officers across designated states.
• Set performance standards, oversee pipelines, and foster accountability within the Wholesale team to meet and surpass sales objectives.
• Educate and train brokers on Splitero’s Home Equity Investment product, including its guidelines, processes, and operational workflows.
• Act as a trusted resource and escalation point for brokers, Loan Officers, and internal teams to address complex situations and provide solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Processing, Underwriting, Closing, Legal, and Finance teams to guarantee a seamless and compliant origination procedure.
• Evaluate broker performance, pipeline conversion, and operational metrics to uncover opportunities for growth and efficiency.
• Create scalable policies, procedures, reports, and operational best practices to facilitate channel expansion.
• Spearhead onboarding and training programs for new brokers and new members of the Wholesale team.
• Track broker engagement and production trends to proactively enhance pull-through rates and partner retention.
• Work alongside leadership on strategic initiatives, territory planning, compensation frameworks, and channel growth prospects.
• Provide regular business reviews and pipeline insights to Sales Leadership.
• Promote a high-performance, collaborative culture centered on accountability, responsiveness, and exceptional partner support.
• Serve as the internal advocate for brokers, pushing for improvements that enhance the experience for both partners and homeowners.
• 5+ years of experience in mortgage, real estate, or financial services sales, with leadership experience in a broker or wholesale channel.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and achieving measurable production outcomes.
• Comprehensive understanding of mortgage broker operations, loan origination processes, and relationship-based sales methodologies.
• Experience in building and scaling processes within a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated capability in managing performance, coaching team members, and effectively handling challenging conversations.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with experience in managing pipelines, KPIs, and reporting.
• Prior experience with Salesforce is mandatory.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills with both external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence across various departments.
• Active NMLS license, or the ability to secure one within 90 days of hiring.
