This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Provide precise generalist guidance and support to Employees & Managers regarding HR Policies and procedures.
• Deliver administrative and transactional assistance throughout the Employee Lifecycle.
• Oversee task completion in Workday and effectively resolve queries.
• Encourage compliance and self-service through Workday and associated tools.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in People Services, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, and Business Unit P & C teams to ensure a cohesive and positive employee experience.
• CIPD (or equivalent) qualification.
• Previous, verifiable experience in providing HR administration and transactional support.
• Understanding of basic employment law and HR/Payroll practices is advantageous.
• Familiarity with cloud-based HRIS systems and ticket management systems (preferably Workday and ServiceNow).
• Methodical and organized, capable of meeting deadlines and prioritizing a busy and varied workload.
• Strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and a customer service-oriented mindset are essential.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to cultivate strong, positive relationships.
• Capacity to work flexibly, organizing and prioritizing workloads to meet business needs.
• Proactively identifies customer needs and takes ownership of resolving customer complaints.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities.
• Capability to work across all levels of the organization.
• An enthusiastic individual eager to learn.
• Proficient in IT skills (Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).
• Resilience and determination to see tasks through to completion.
