This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Taking ownership of and overseeing designated health plan accounts
• Cultivating robust and trusted relationships with client stakeholders
• Collaborating across functions with Engineering, Product, Technical Account Management, and other internal teams
• Monitoring and managing intricate client issues
• Enhancing customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success
• Discovering opportunities to increase value and safeguard recurring revenue
• Advocating for the customer within the organization and ensuring that client needs are aligned with organizational objectives
• Proven experience in managing enterprise or complex customer accounts within the healthcare, healthcare technology, or a similar setting
• Exceptional relationship-building capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to navigate uncertainty and achieve results through influence rather than authority
• Proficiency in managing escalations and facilitating resolutions across various internal teams
• Outstanding communication, judgment, and organizational abilities
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred; strong interpersonal skills and leadership presence are essential.
