Wholesale Finance Principal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee collections for 200–300 wholesale telecommunications accounts.

• Investigate disputes to assess eligibility for credits in accordance with GOA and SOX guidelines.

• Supply data pertinent to system integrations.

• Collaborate with management to deliver precise reporting to key stakeholders.

• Monitor and evaluate email correspondence from both internal and external clients.

• Provide data relevant to the month-end closing process.

• Partner with operational and taxation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Detect account issues, risks, and opportunities while fostering consistency, accuracy, and ongoing improvement in collections and financial processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college degree with 1–5 years of professional-level experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory role, or 9+ years of relevant professional-level experience with 2–3 years of supervisory experience, or a suitable combination of education and related professional experience is required.

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field is preferred.

• Thorough knowledge of financial analysis techniques and methodologies.

• Strong familiarity with accounting procedures and practices.

• Experience in creating SQL queries for data extraction.

• Advanced skills in mining data from large and diverse datasets.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple projects effectively.

• Proficient in communicating with senior leadership.

• Capability to adhere to GOA and SOX guidelines.

• Proficient with computers, printers, fax machines, telephones, office supplies, and copiers.
