Federal Financials Subject Matter Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Act as a Senior Business Process Architect with a focus on Oracle Federal Financials.

• Propel business process requirements, initiatives for reengineering, and transformation of financial systems.

• Oversee Business Process Reengineering efforts across financial workflows.

• Organize and lead Conference Room Pilots involving a variety of stakeholder groups.

• Create and enhance business process requirements for Oracle Financials modules.

• Oversee and execute complex financial projects within Oracle E-Business Suite environments.

• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at various organizational levels.

• Offer analytical insights, decision support, and problem-solving expertise for financial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• At least 10 years of experience as a Business Process Architect or Business Process Requirements lead working with Oracle Financials modules.

• Proficiency in Business Process Reengineering and conducting Conference Room Pilots, including leading discussions.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite.

• Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering complex financial projects.

• Exceptional project management abilities with a knack for handling competing priorities.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Capability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at multiple levels.

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.

• Must have work authorization in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

• Required Public Trust clearance level as specified.

• Additional qualifications such as Oracle applications certification, experience in Oracle ERP implementation/transformation, and advanced expertise in Oracle EBS Federal Financial Applications are advantageous.
