• Drive sales growth in the assigned territory by attracting new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
• Convey the “Mygrant message” to both current and potential customers.
• Collaborate with management to revise territory strategies and establish sales objectives.
• Identify emerging markets and shifts in the market landscape.
• Evaluate sales potential for both new and existing clients through inquiries, observations, or research to enhance market share.
• Travel within the designated territory, applying effective time and territory management skills to promote Mygrant products and services.
• Collaborate and partner with clients to create a competitive offering of the company's products and services.
• Engage with clients to identify and address potential challenges such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines.
• Maintain close communication with the Branch Manager and sales team regarding customer opportunities, project status, proposals, and service levels.
• A Bachelor’s degree, or a combination of relevant work experience and education, is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional sales experience.
• A valid driver's license and eligibility under the Company’s auto insurance policy are required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
