This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Design and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients within the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to comprehend their financing requirements.
• Discover opportunities for portfolio expansion by presenting financing solutions and promoting the offerings of Westlake Flooring Company.
• Conduct market analysis to stay competitive and align services with current industry trends.
• Manage the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio, ensuring exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and address any issues or concerns raised by clients proactively.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve customer experience.
• Offer training and support to dealerships regarding the use of financing solutions and services.
• Monitor dealership conditions and performance closely.
• Create and sustain risk assessment models to evaluate dealership creditworthiness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Supervise the portfolio's performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Strong financial acumen with a working knowledge of essential financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to engage with clients, collaborate with internal team members, and interact with external partners at diverse organizational levels.
• Exceptional time management skills with the capacity to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required.
