This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealership clients in the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and essential decision-makers to comprehend their financing requirements.
• Recognize portfolio growth opportunities by showcasing financing solutions and promoting the offerings of Westlake Flooring Company.
• Conduct market analysis to maintain competitiveness and align services with industry standards.
• Supervise the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio, ensuring exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Provide training and assistance to dealerships regarding the use of financing solutions and services.
• Keep an eye on dealership conditions and performance metrics.
• Create and sustain risk assessment models to evaluate the creditworthiness of dealerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Assess the performance of the portfolio, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Solid financial understanding with practical knowledge of essential financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the capacity to engage with clients, collaborate with internal team members, and external partners at various organizational levels.
• Strong time management capabilities with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving expertise.
• Capability to work independently and remotely.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a related field and three years of pertinent experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required.
• A valid driver’s license is a prerequisite for this position.
• Willingness to travel over 75%, including some overnight trips.
• Ability to travel by air and land.
