Wholesale Account Coordinator

📋 Description

• Act as the main operational liaison for both International and Domestic retail partners, overseeing all backend operations.

• Monitor the order lifecycle from initiation to final delivery, ensuring accurate and prompt execution.

• Oversee the introduction of new items and customer onboarding within retailer-specific systems and platforms.

• Collaborate with the National Account Manager and VP of Sales to foster account growth and swiftly address order-related issues.

• Gather and analyze orderbook reports pertaining to the performance of key retailers, pinpointing trends and opportunities.

• Engage in meetings with both internal and external stakeholders while managing ongoing email correspondence.

• Adhere to the complete order-to-shipment process, partnering with our Distribution Center to guarantee timely dispatch.

• Coordinate closely with operations and planning teams to monitor shortages and delays, providing necessary updates to customers to maintain an organized orderbook.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in wholesale or retail operations, ideally with direct exposure to Canada and/or other international retailers and markets.

• Preferably, hands-on experience in coordinating International Direct Import programs.

• Comprehensive understanding of EDI processes, supply chain logistics, and retail compliance.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel; adept in data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Self-motivated individual with strong follow-through, ownership mentality, and capability to juggle multiple priorities.

• Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized, with experience in managing chargebacks, PO flows, and item setup.

• Familiarity with retail launch calendars and compliance scorecards is advantageous.

• Competent in computer skills, with a solid command of relevant technological platforms.

• Ability to manage responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Strong project management abilities with a knack for handling complexity and structuring workflows.

• Effective communicator committed to follow-through and ownership.

• Self-driven with superb attention to detail and capacity to multitask effectively.

• Solution-oriented mindset aimed at improving processes and optimizing operational efficiency.
