This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take the lead in managing and executing comprehensive UKG WFM implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support projects, being responsible for both functional configuration and technical design.
• Collect, analyze, and convert intricate client business requirements into adaptable WFM solutions that encompass timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, and attendance.
• Create, develop, and sustain system integrations between UKG WFM and external platforms (HRIS, ERP, payroll) utilizing REST/SOAP APIs or Dell Boomi.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and point of escalation for issues related to functional configuration, data mapping, and integration troubleshooting.
• Work in collaboration with client stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to guarantee timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
• Guide junior consultants, perform peer reviews, and assist in the creation of internal delivery accelerators and best practices.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution scoping, effort estimation, and client-facing presentations.
• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in implementing or supporting UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) or UKG Ready / Workforce Central.
• Proven techno-functional knowledge across essential WFM modules: Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Accruals, Attestation, and Leave Management.
• Established experience with system integrations utilizing one or more of the following: RESTful / SOAP API development and configuration.
• Proficient in Dell Boomi AtomSphere (design, deployment, and troubleshooting of integration processes).
• Strong skills in SQL, data analysis, and handling extensive workforce datasets.
• In-depth understanding of HR, payroll, and labor compliance processes.
• Exceptional client-facing communication abilities, capable of presenting to both technical and executive audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
