This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take charge of regional revenue expansion and meet annual sales objectives.
• Develop and implement territory and key account strategies (law enforcement, OEMs, aerospace).
• Oversee the complete sales process from prospecting to contract finalization.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers and provide strategic guidance.
• Convert technical solutions into clear value propositions for customers.
• Identify and secure new programs and long-term opportunities.
• Ensure precise forecasting and maintain pipeline discipline using CRM tools.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and multi-year contracts.
• Represent Teledyne at customer locations and industry events.
• Keep an eye on market trends and competitor activities.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to manage and finalize complex deals.
• Over 10 years of experience in technical or solution sales with revenue responsibility.
• Background in aerospace, defense, industrial, or regulated sectors.
• Proficiency in engaging with engineers, procurement teams, and executives.
• Strong financial understanding regarding pricing, margins, and forecasting.
• Proficient in CRM systems and capable of operating autonomously in territory management.
• Preferred: Experience with airborne ISR or public safety solutions.
