This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the global commercial sales strategy and implementation for Diagnostics and Sample Management Solutions portfolios at OTI.
• Drive revenue growth, enhance market presence, strengthen customer connections, and cultivate a high-achieving global sales team.
• Lead senior sales executives and promote a culture that prioritizes performance and customer satisfaction.
• Formulate global sales strategies, set revenue objectives, manage forecasting and budgeting, design territories, prioritize markets, and allocate resources effectively.
• Discover new market prospects, customer demographics, channel collaborations, and opportunities for geographic expansion.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, and other departments on product launches and commercialization efforts.
• Set sales KPIs, manage CRM utilization, sales analytics, performance metrics, and commercial dashboards.
• Streamline sales processes and compensation structures.
• Sustain relationships with strategic clients, key opinion leaders, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
• Champion critical accounts and strategic partnerships; assist in significant commercial negotiations.
• Represent OTI at industry conferences, customer engagements, and business development events.
• Assist with mergers, acquisitions, strategic growth initiatives, and planning efforts.
• Take ownership of global sales revenue performance, sales goals, budgets, headcount strategies, pricing controls, and commercial governance.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field is required.
• An MBA or advanced business degree is preferred.
• At least 15 years of progressive experience in sales leadership is necessary.
• Proven track record of successfully leading senior sales leaders and multi-regional, multi-product sales teams within life sciences, diagnostics, biotechnology, medical devices, or similar industries.
• Demonstrated history of developing and implementing global growth strategies that lead to measurable revenue increases.
• Strong knowledge of direct sales, distributor networks, channel management, and strategic partnerships.
• Experience in highly regulated environments such as healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences is preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 40–50%.
• Capability to participate in customer meetings, industry conferences, leadership gatherings, and global commercial reviews as necessary.
