This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• Propel sales performance within the designated territory by engaging with healthcare professional offices and mental health community centers both in person and virtually.
• Recognize and evaluate customer needs while aligning marketing resources and executing pull-through activities.
• Tailor customer conversations and interactions in a compliant and ethical fashion.
• Maintain an understanding of local markets, practice structures, customers, and key influencers, sharing insights with internal stakeholders.
• Provide input regarding resource allocation and choose suitable programs and resources for customers, practices, and systems.
• Collaborate with the Regional Business Manager and stakeholders to create a localized business plan.
• Leverage formulary approvals and business opportunities through the execution of strategic plans.
• Partner with fellow Neuroscience Sales Specialists to exchange best practices.
• Oversee work hours, sales calls, customer objectives, communication responses, synchronization, sample, and expense reporting.
• Complete mandatory company and job-related training within specified timelines.
• Convey the corporate vision of enhancing the lives of patients with neuropsychiatric disorders.
• Cultivate product and disease-state knowledge for clinical discussions with healthcare professionals.
• At least two years of relevant experience in healthcare sales/account management, business-to-business sales, or a recent transition from Active-Duty Military.
• Over three years of preferred experience in specialty pharmaceutical sales.
• Launch, antipsychotic, and/or bipolar sales experience is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• A strong desire and passion for enhancing the lives of patients and caregivers.
• High integrity and adherence to Company policies and procedures.
• Self-motivated, proactive, with an entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional decision-making skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Proven capability to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to adjust to evolving telemedicine and virtual settings.
• Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics, evaluating progress, diagnosing performance issues, and identifying opportunities.
• Experience in establishing customer relationships and conveying technical information to varied audiences.
• Availability to attend meetings outside of standard working hours.
• Capable of performing all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Demonstrated commitment to learning about emerging technologies such as AI.
• Compensation based on commission.
• Occasional domestic travel to corporate headquarters, training sessions, and sales meetings.
