This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Act as the main finance partner to the President of the West Region and the commercial leadership team.
• Shape business strategy and enhance financial outcomes.
• Assist in achieving regional goals related to orders, revenue, EBIT, margin, and cash flow.
• Oversee financial review and approval processes for pricing strategies, strategic agreements, and contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with sales and service leaders to formulate growth strategies and enhance commercial execution.
• Provide financial guidance for the Top 200 strategic accounts and Care Alliance partnerships.
• Conduct account-level financial analysis, develop business cases, evaluate contracts, and plan for long-term partnerships.
• Structure intricate transactions that balance customer value creation with sustainable financial returns.
• Manage collections, resolve past-due issues, address invoice disputes, approve credit, and oversee working capital management.
• Offer insights into financial performance, trends, risks, and opportunities to aid executive decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to accounting policies, controllership requirements, and commercial governance processes.
• Implement corrective measures to enhance profitability, productivity, cash generation, and operational efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from an accredited university or college.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in finance, financial planning and analysis, commercial finance, accounting, forecasting, operations finance, or business leadership.
• Alternatively, a graduate of GE HealthCare's Financial Management Program with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong commercial finance expertise with experience in supporting sales teams and large customer accounts.
• Comprehensive understanding of pricing strategies, deal structuring, contract evaluation, and margin optimization.
• Proficient in financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and business case development.
• Capable of influencing senior leaders and facilitating decision-making through data-driven insights.
• Strong grasp of accounting, controllership, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to convert financial insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Familiarity with GE HealthCare’s commercial, service, and financial operating processes and systems.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
