Werkstudent:in – Talent Management, Recruiting, Active Sourcing – Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Support the Talent Managers in implementing active sourcing strategies within professional networks to effectively reach suitable candidates.

• Independently manage search assignments for various positions and locations, including direct phone contact with candidates.

• Take responsibility for the candidate journey by handling communication with applicants, providing timely feedback, and competently answering questions.

• After successful onboarding, you will autonomously conduct initial interviews and assist in filling key positions.

⛳️ Requirements

• You must be enrolled for at least two semesters at a German university in the fields of Human Resources or Business Administration and can support us for 15-20 hours per week, ideally on at least 3 days a week.

• During semester breaks, you are welcome to work up to 40 hours.

• Ideally, you have already gained some experience in recruiting and are interested in hiring employees.

• A self-reliant, structured, and precise work ethic.

• High reliability and strong communication skills.

• You are fluent in German (C-Level).
