• Identify leading technology profiles through innovative sourcing techniques.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience with exceptional interactions.

• Cultivate relationships with hiring managers to discover ideal candidates.

• Evaluate and implement AI tools to enhance the recruiting process.

• Optimize workflows and establish automation within the ATS.

• Assist in the shift towards skills-based hiring practices.

• Create employer branding strategies that resonate within the Tech community.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled student in Psychology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Initial experience in Recruiting, Sourcing, or HR Management.

• Strong enthusiasm for the Tech ecosystem.

• Availability of 15–20 hours per week.
