This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee comprehensive recruitment processes for designated business units
• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish job specifications
• Develop and sustain talent pipelines
• Identify and source candidates through diverse channels
• Perform candidate evaluations and facilitate interview scheduling
• Offer insights on market trends and hiring strategies
• Ensure adherence to employment regulations and organizational policies
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment
• In-depth understanding of recruitment best practices
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Capacity to cultivate relationships with stakeholders and candidates
