This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• In the role of a senior recruiter, you will take charge of identifying and sourcing candidates.
• Your responsibilities will include interviewing candidates, presenting them to our clients, streamlining their processes, preparing candidates, and assisting in the hiring decisions for our clients.
• You will employ prospecting techniques to find the ideal candidates for our recruitment initiatives.
• The primary aim of the senior recruiter is to build a robust pipeline of suitable candidates, conduct screenings and interviews, submit candidates to our clients, and facilitate successful hires.
• A minimum of 3 to 7+ years of recruiting experience, preferably with a background in startups or recruitment agencies.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential (at least C1 Level English).
• Demonstrated experience in sourcing and placing candidates across diverse industries.
• Strong LinkedIn skills, including the ability to perform Boolean searches to find the right candidates and utilize other LinkedIn tools effectively.
• Capability to understand job description requirements and target candidates accordingly with efficiency.
• You should be a self-motivated individual eager to learn, grow, and excel in your position.
