This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to identify position specifications while providing pertinent market insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with various internal stakeholders and departments to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Assess candidate profiles against job requirements and present strong candidate slates, all while cultivating talent pipelines.
• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates on their status.
• Work closely with hiring leaders to establish offer details, utilizing market data and compensation guidelines to back up recommendations.
• Provide mentorship to Recruiters and other team members.
• A Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Extensive recruiting experience, showcasing successes in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday and social media tools.
• Understanding of fundamental Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.
• Previous experience in Energy Recruitment is a plus.
