This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee the complete end-to-end recruiting process: from screening candidates to conducting interviews and final hiring.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract volunteer talent.
• Build and maintain a strong network for talent acquisition.
• Provide support and guidance to our volunteer members on HR-related matters.
• Optimize and digitize internal HR processes.
• Responsible for onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Ensure compliance with operational regulations, policies, and frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with the Chief People Officer and the executive board to execute the recruiting and growth strategy.
• Completed degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business Psychology, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in recruiting/talent acquisition.
• Practical experience in establishing and scaling recruiting processes (end-to-end), preferably in dynamic or decentralized structures.
• Knowledge and/or experience as an HR Business Partner or in the staffing industry (e.g., staffing, personnel consulting, employee leasing, RPO).
• Proficient in interviews and selection methods.
• High social competence, empathy, and strong communication skills, particularly when working with volunteers.
• Strategic thinking combined with a pronounced hands-on mentality.
• Willingness to work remotely and flexibly in a volunteer capacity.
