This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Call support: You will participate in our introductory and skill assessment calls with candidates, actively listening and capturing essential points.
• Feedback documentation: Following the calls, you will summarize interview notes in an organized manner and input them into our ATS.
• Candidate communication: You will assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and notifications of rejections.
• Pipeline maintenance: You will ensure that our candidate pipelines are current and that no details slip through the cracks.
• Ad-hoc support: You will perform small research tasks, assist with sourcing, and engage in various day-to-day recruiting activities.
• Experience in recruiting — for example, from an internship, working-student position, or an HR role.
• Confident in managing candidate conversations: actively listening, identifying key points, and documenting them clearly.
• Proficient in German (both spoken and written) and good command of English.
• Structured and dependable working style — you document thoroughly and anticipate future needs.
• Strong communication abilities and sensitivity when interacting with individuals.
• Availability of approximately 10 hours per week, ideally distributed over 2–3 days.
• Authentic insight into contemporary recruiting and headhunting practices.
• Direct exposure to fast-growing companies and their hiring strategies.
