This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Identify, evaluate, and present qualified candidates within 48 hours of receiving a job requisition.

• Concentrate on locating suitable candidates while the team manages all client relationships and business development activities.

• Previous experience in placing candidates with US employers is essential.

• A solid understanding of US hiring practices, regional salary expectations, and employment eligibility criteria is necessary.

• Access to sourcing platforms such as Indeed Resume, LinkedIn Recruiter, or ZipRecruiter is required.

• Availability during US business hours for a portion of your workday is crucial for effective candidate outreach.
