Werkstudent HR – People Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Organization and administration of training sessions and onboarding days

• Participation in conceptual topics within the field of People Development

• Maintenance and updating of the HR intranet

• Implementation of modern trends and technologies in HR, particularly the use of artificial intelligence

⛳️ Requirements

• Enrolled at a German university in an advanced bachelor's program or at the start of a master's program with a focus on HR topics, such as Business Psychology

• Ideally, some experience in personnel development or the HR field through internships, university projects, or similar activities

• Work experience with common HR software is advantageous

• Interest and availability for a longer-term collaboration (at least 1 year)

• Excellent MS Office skills (especially in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

• Independent and self-organized work style, even in a virtual environment

• Very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written
