This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Serve as an ambassador for Cibra’s culture, implementing the current strategy.
• Oversee the design and execution of cultural rituals.
• Align the Culture strategy with initiatives related to organizational climate, well-being, and development.
• Assist the Organizational Human Development (DHO) team in activities related to Great Place to Work (GPTW).
• Lead Change Management efforts for Cibra’s strategic projects.
• Perform impact assessments to structure change initiatives effectively.
• Create and manage the Change Management schedule.
• Suggest training plans tailored for each project.
• Conduct regular checkpoints to evaluate change adoption.
• Develop and revise policies, procedures, and documentation for the area.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Psychology, Social Work, or related fields.
• A postgraduate degree or specialization in Organizational Human Development or related disciplines.
• Certification in a change management methodology.
• Experience with Great Place to Work (GPTW) initiatives.
• Familiarity with employee climate and engagement surveys.
• Background in organizational culture initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Remote work (no corporate office).
