This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the business and serve as an HR partner to leadership across Risk & Banking Operations, focusing primarily on manager to director levels.
• Employ a consultative approach that merges HR expertise, business insight, and intuition to identify issues and deliver innovative HR solutions.
• Counsel leaders and managers on various people-related matters, including performance management and coaching, employee relations, leveling processes, and organizational development.
• Support an organization with diverse job families and role types, ranging from non-exempt operations to strategic positions.
• Maintain awareness of organizational health and create interventions when identifying potential challenges or risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional People team members to develop impactful programs covering recruitment, talent management, employee relations, internal mobility, and employee engagement.
• Lead essential talent processes with your client groups, including annual performance evaluations, talent planning, and compensation cycles.
• Possess a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
• Have 2–4 years of experience in a people-facing HR role, preferably within a high-growth company.
• Demonstrate proficiency in coaching, facilitation, and influencing colleagues at various levels.
• Enjoy creating thoughtful, innovative people processes that can scale effectively.
• Be prepared to voice difficult truths and advocate for your beliefs.
• Exhibit a passion for addressing problems and finding solutions in a creative and principled manner.
• Maintain a high level of integrity and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Show enthusiasm for working efficiently with effective tools, suggest new tools for improvement, and be eager to learn the tools currently in use (Radford, Workday, Lattice, Notion).
