Werkstudent Founders Associate – Social Media, Recruiting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Support founders in their day-to-day operations

• Develop creative ideas and suggestions for enhancing the content strategy

• Create posts based on the founders' editorial input

• Maintain and strategically grow the LinkedIn social media presence

• Participate in the entire recruiting process—from job postings to active sourcing, pre-qualification, and conducting interviews

• Further develop employer branding initiatives on social media

• Assist the sales team in preparing for trade fairs and managing lead lists

• Take on selected tasks in digital sales and business development

⛳️ Requirements

• Initial solid experience and skills in social media marketing

• Fundamental affinity for online marketing, ideally B2B and content marketing on LinkedIn

• At least advanced bachelor's studies or preferably a master's degree in a relevant field, such as online marketing or AI

• Passion for digital social media strategies aimed at customer or candidate acquisition

• Proficient with AI tools or willingness to quickly learn

• Clear, open, and direct communication along with realistic self-confidence

• Confident demeanor when interacting with clients and candidates, as well as good verbal expression

• Independent, proactive work style and ability to work in a team

• Flawless German language skills, both written and spoken

• Strong English communication skills

• Initial recruiting experience is a plus but not mandatory

• Excellent academic performance is an advantage
