This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Creation of creative content for the website and social media channels

• Planning, conceptualization, and implementation of the content strategy

• Production, recording, editing, and enhancement of photo and video content

• Presentation of technical products on camera and development of authentic video formats

• Serving as the face of the company in videos

• Development and maintenance of social media channels to increase reach and engagement

• Creation of presentations and marketing and communication materials

• Assistance in planning and executing events, campaigns, and communication projects

• Monitoring current social media trends and generating new content ideas

• Contributing to the digital transformation of the real estate industry and the future of brokerage software

⛳️ Requirements

• Ongoing studies in communication, media, journalism, marketing, public relations, business administration, or a related field

• Interest in storytelling, social media, media work, and digital communication

• Enjoyment of being on camera and recording videos

• Ability to present technical products in an authentic and comprehensible manner

• Creativity and a good sense for target group-oriented content and current social media trends

• Excellent German skills and good proficiency in English, both spoken and written

• Strong writing style and the capability to prepare content in a clear and engaging manner

• Initial experience with social media, content creation, photo and video editing, or content management systems (CMS) is advantageous

• Self-directed, structured work style, commitment, and teamwork skills

• Proficient use of common Microsoft Office applications

• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar creative tools is a plus
