Influencer Talent Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a representative, supporter, and strategic advisor for a designated group of influencers.

• Assist influencers in expanding their audiences and monetizing their content effectively.

• Negotiate and secure lucrative agreements with brands, agencies, and record labels.

• Develop and implement successful campaigns for the talent roster.

• Maintain ongoing communication with influencers and brands.

• Collaborate with internal teams to create targeted growth strategies.

• Increase influencer reach and boost engagement levels.

• Foster revenue growth initiatives.

• Work independently and achieve personal success in a completely remote setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, talent representation, or related sales positions.

• Familiarity with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, and Kick.

• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation abilities.

• Proactive, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

• Capable of closing deals swiftly and fostering long-lasting relationships.

• Highly organized with strong data management skills.

• Proficient in Google Sheets.

• Previous experience at a talent agency, marketing agency, or in a sales-focused role is advantageous.
