Influencer Marketing Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership, scale, and safeguard the affiliate ecosystems for L’ange Hair and OFIR Beauty.

• Identify and recruit beauty and haircare creators at micro, macro, and professional levels across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

• Establish a diverse affiliate pipeline that aligns with brand aesthetics and product focus.

• Create outreach strategies and negotiate commission structures, seeding packages, and performance incentives.

• Design, optimize, and oversee the affiliate onboarding process, including links, codes, product education, and content guidelines.

• Cultivate lasting relationships with creators and ensure the brands remain top-of-mind for content calendars.

• Provide monthly trend briefs, product launch information, and asset packages.

• Monitor affiliate content to ensure compliance with FTC regulations and platform policies.

• Conduct audits of affiliate traffic and content to prevent coupon abuse, unauthorized bidding, misleading claims, and off-brand messaging.

• Address non-compliance issues, manage terminations, and revise affiliate agreements as necessary.

• Enhance performance tracking across affiliate networks, TikTok Shop Affiliate Marketplace, and Meta Shops.

• Track and analyze ROI, conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and active partner percentages.

• Report monthly performance metrics to leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of demonstrated direct experience managing affiliate or ambassador programs within D2C beauty, haircare, or cosmetics, with a strong emphasis on haircare experience.

• In-depth algorithmic understanding of TikTok, including TikTok Shop mechanics, as well as Instagram and Facebook/Meta communities.

• Proven expertise in FTC guidelines for digital influencers and scalable compliance checks.

• Familiarity with affiliate management networks such as CreatorIQ, ShareASale, GRIN, Impact, or Aspire.

• Experience with social analytics tools.

• Highly organized, persuasive, and empathetic; capable of speaking the creator's language while upholding professional and corporate standards.
