Ambassador/Influencer Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily communications, feedback, and performance-driven relationships with designated ambassadors, influencers, streamers, and creator partners.

• Identify and assess new opportunities for ambassadors, streamers, and creators.

• Facilitate negotiations and onboarding through the launch phase.

• Monitor partner deliverables, campaign activities, and posting timelines.

• Ensure that partners fulfill their contractual commitments.

• Review partner content in real-time across relevant platforms.

• Create and coordinate promotional campaigns in collaboration with CRM, marketing, PRM, and affiliate teams.

• Provide briefings to partners and gather content assets for campaigns and promotions.

• Generate monthly performance reports for partners and examine end-of-month invoices.

• Alert management regarding missed or incomplete deliverables.

• Assist with partner renewals and the launch of new ambassadors.

• Guide Junior Ambassador Managers.

• Observe high-performing creator content and industry engagement trends.

• Share insights and findings with the team.

• Strong comprehension of poker rules, terminology, and community dynamics.

• Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with influencers, streamers, ambassadors, or creators from onboarding to monthly execution.

• Outstanding project management and organizational abilities.

• Proven track record of managing complex deliverables, schedules, and campaign activities concurrently.

• High level of precision in auditing partner content and ensuring promotional compliance.

• Experience in tracking deliverables and reviewing monthly invoices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Natural aptitude or experience in mentoring and supporting junior team members.

• Ability to analyze campaign activities and audience engagement metrics.

• Capability to optimize partner content and assess campaign effectiveness.
