Junior Ambassador/Influencer Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned ambassadors, influencers, streamers, and creator partners.

• Oversee ongoing communication and relationship management with partners.

• Identify and assess new opportunities for ambassadors, streamers, and creators.

• Evaluate audience compatibility and content quality, providing recommendations to senior management.

• Monitor partner deliverables, campaign activities, and posting schedules.

• Ensure that partners fulfill their contractual commitments.

• Review partner content in real time across relevant platforms.

• Assist with the optimization of approved content and promotional strategies to enhance engagement, conversion, and first-time deposit performance.

• Support promotional initiatives including freerolls, giveaways, and bonuses.

• Collaborate with CRM, marketing, PRM, and affiliate teams.

• Request and gather content assets from partners.

• Prepare monthly performance reports for partners and carry out end-of-month invoice reviews.

• Analyze high-performing creator content, promotional formats, and trends in industry engagement.

• Strong communication skills to engage clearly, diplomatically, and persuasively with digital creators and internal stakeholders.

• Comfortable reviewing basic performance and engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
