Werkstudent Content & Community Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Planning and management of an engaging onboarding process for new members in an AI learning community.

• Designing the content and implementing initiatives to activate community engagement.

• Moderating and promoting discussions on AI-specific topics within the community and across social media channels.

• Assisting in project management for the creation of learning materials such as videos or e-learnings.

• Supporting marketing efforts, particularly on LinkedIn and Instagram.

• Producing original video content for professional development in the field of AI.

• Monitoring success, managing crises if necessary, and moderating negative comments.

• Continuously enhancing member satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A keen interest and enthusiasm for AI and digital communication.

• Excellent skills in moderating online communities.

• Solid knowledge of promoting networking among individuals in online media.

• Enjoyment of conceptual tasks and strategy development in social media and community management.

• Ideally, a willingness to produce video content on camera and moderate live Zoom calls.

• Familiarity with common video content tools for editing and animation, particularly Canva.

• A proactive approach to new challenges.

• Proficiency in German and English at the C1 level.
