This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Facilitate client discovery sessions to capture existing revenue cycle procedures.
• Partner with operational leaders to create comprehensive standard operating procedures.
• Record client processes across various revenue cycle domains during new client onboarding.
• Convert process documentation into implementation playbooks for transition to operations at go-live.
• Assist internal operations with strategic initiatives related to process optimization documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to prioritize gathered requirements.
• Communicate and escalate priorities, achievements, and project risks to project management, leadership, and client representatives.
• Safeguard and manage patients’ protected health information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Adhere to Information Security and HIPAA policies and protocols.
• Restrict access to protected health information to the minimum necessary for assigned responsibilities.
• Carry out additional duties as required.
• Minimum of 2 years of operational or implementation experience in the healthcare revenue cycle is preferred.
• Experience in Patient Accounting and/or Patient Access provider environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with an implementation or operational context, ideally within professional billing revenue cycle.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Visio.
• Strong business writing abilities and the capability to pinpoint key aspects of complex issues while outlining subsequent actions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Robust interpersonal, problem-solving, creative, and decision-making capabilities.
• Capacity to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a team-centric and collaborative workplace.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and outside regular business hours as necessary.
• Must possess a smartphone or electronic device capable of downloading applications for multifactor authentication and security measures.
• Ability to follow instructions, work with others, and manage stress effectively.
• High level of integrity, reliability, urgency, and results-oriented mindset.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively, resolve issues, and make decisions that boost organizational efficiency.
• Customer-service-oriented with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and Information Security policies and procedures.
